An industrial asset in Naval Base, Western Australia

An unlisted, single asset property trust established to acquire a logistics facility comprising two office workshops in a strategic industrial location. The facility is leased to Medlog, a subsidiary of MSC, the second largest shipping and logistics company globally with 8 years remaining on the lease term at acquisition. A new land based port and several nearby infrastructure upgrades are being progressed, and expected to facilitate growth and demand for the surrounding Naval Base precinct in the medium term.

An unlisted, open-ended property trust with an initial four early learning assets located in Western Australia. All assets are recently constructed and leased to high-quality tenants on a long term basis.
