Dorado is not encumbered by institutional mandates, strict investment criteria or inefficient bureaucratic processes, allowing us to be flexible, creative and agile in our approach. This combined with our willingness to evaluate non-traditional investment opportunities in both asset class and deal structure presents unique opportunities for investors. We are highly experienced with strong relationships across the property industry and a proven track record in execution and achieving investor outcomes.

Investors receive investment summaries for individual direct investment opportunities, allowing them to decide on a standalone basis which opportunities to invest in. Unlike First Mortgage and Subordinate Finance investments, Direct Investments tend to be multi-year investments.
