Tim provides strategic direction to Dorado, lending valuable experience to commercial developers and landowners, and using his diverse skillset gained from a career in management, investment banking, software and property to invest in Australian business. He has over 30 years’ experience as CEO and senior executive in accounting, finance, stockbroking and property in Australia and North America.
Peter works closely with Dorado’s investors, provides strategic direction to Dorado’ property lending business, and leads Dorado’s work with landowners to protect and enhance biodiversity. With over 20 years’ experience in project management, development, and real estate advisory, Peter uses his extensive knowledge to provide valuable insight throughout the project life cycle.
Thomas manages the daily operations of Dorado Property, overseeing the board whilst being the Leader for its People and Culture as well as Organisational Design. He has over 30 years experience within the property industry, both in United Kingdom and Australia.
David provides broad input to the business and direction for strategic initiatives. He leverages 18 years’ experience in the US, Canadian, and Australian property markets to advise the origination teams and Investment Committee on prospective investments and asset management. David has an Honours degree in Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UWA.
Tracy supports Dorado’s founders and executives on strategic financial decisions, and is responsible for the financial functions within Dorado’s property lending business. She has over 18 years’ experience, including as a senior accountant at Grant Thornton working with clients in various industries including mining, construction, real estate, retail and healthcare.
Jason is the Leader of the Lending business nationally. Jason started his career in software development, before spending 13 years in Corporate Banking with Macquarie, Westpac, Bankwest and St George, specialising in property finance and cashflow lending.
Jake is responsible for the origination, execution, and ongoing portfolio management of Dorado’s private equity business. Jake has a background in Corporate Finance, having worked at KPMG, and at Stenprop where he oversaw the listing of the company on both the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges and was involved in over $1 billion of property and corporate transactions.
Danielle is responsible for the origination of investment and structured lending opportunities throughout Australia along with ongoing management of Dorado’s property assets. Danielle has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets, including structuring and executing on commercial and mid-market corporate finance transactions, and principal investing roles across debt and equity.
Anesh has nine years’ experience as a financial modeller, working with private equity firms, and most recently at KPMG as a senior consultant. Based in Sydney, he brings his extensive background in developing and reviewing financial models to Dorado to manage an extensive due diligence process and provide a high level assessment of funding opportunities across Australia.
Damon is the Leader of the Direct Investment business nationally. Damon uses his 8+ years’ experience in corporate development, commercial, and strategy roles to develop and maintain complex financial models, conduct asset valuations, and complete financial, commercial and business analysis to support decision making.
Caitlin is responsible for assessing new funding opportunities and ongoing asset management across Australia. She is a CFA® charterholder with five years’ experience at Coronation Asset Management and Investec, two globally recognised, publicly-listed asset managers, and has experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, valuation and client services.
Hans joined Dorado in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Science, majoring in finance and engineering, at the University of Western Australia. Hans is involved in a wide range of special projects with a focus on compliance, business process improvement, and systems integration.
Binni is a Chartered Accountant having worked across a wide range and size of organisations, including Coopers & Lybrand in London before taking Audit and Commercial Accounting Manager roles in Australia and overseas. Joining in March 2014, she is responsible for the financial operations, forecasting, compliance, training and support for Dorado’s private equity business.
Emil is responsible for due diligence, research, financial modelling and development project monitoring within Dorado’s property lending business. With a diverse background in residential property research and development, Emil’s analytical expertise leads to valuable insights regarding national and local markets.
Sundy is responsible for Dorado’s property investment management platforms. With diverse experience in financial markets and administration, Sundy maintains the integrity of all reporting, reconciliation, correspondence and data management.
Kate is responsible for the development and execution of Dorado’s marketing strategy and external communication. Holding a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Western Australia, a Masters of Marketing at Griffith University, and over 7 years’ experience in the industry, Kate applies a diverse skill set to enhance Dorado’s brand.
Andy Moore applies his background in financial services advice and business process technologies to streamline and optimise all areas of the business. Graduating from University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, Andy has 5+ years experience across Deloitte and RSM in roles including Auditor, Paraplanner, and Financial Advisor.
Nino is responsible for the financial analysis, research and ongoing asset management of Dorado’s Direct Investments portfolio. Prior to joing Dorado, he worked in KPMG’s Debt Advisory Services team across a range of corporate advisory mandates including greenfield project financing, debt refinancing and credit benchmarking assessments. Nino is a chartered accountant, and holds a Graduate Certificate in Finance and a Bachelors in Economics.
Yen Fern is responsible for the financial modelling, research, and due diligence process in assessing new funding opportunities, as well as ongoing asset management across Australia. She brings extensive experience in tax at PwC in Singapore and Australia, and property finance at Bankwest/CBA.
Brianna supports the Director – Finance in managing daily financial operations and managing project accounts. She is a CPA certified accountant with 10+ years experience in accounting, including public practice specialising in tax preparation and advisory for small/medium business. She leverages a deep understanding of complex financial matters to enhance Dorado’s financial efficiency.
Charmaine supports the Director – Finance in managing daily financial operations. She is a CA-qualified accountant with 13 years’ experience assisting small to medium-sized businesses with taxation and compliance, including 11 years at BDO leading a team of outsourced accountants. Charmaine’s skills include payroll management and accounting systems integration and onboarding to maintain efficient and compliant financial operations.
Kat is responsible for providing business performance and economic insights to management, and management of the process and compliance requirements for live projects. Kat has a Master’s degree in International Business and Project Management at the University of Economics in Prague (Czechia), and administrative experience across various fields and industries within Australia.
Tomi is responsible for assisting with the financial modelling, research, forecasting, analysis, and due diligence for new investment opportunities, as well as ongoing asset management. She brings over 10 years experience as an analyst for banking and government institutions including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and WA Treasury Corporation.
Conall is responsible for assisting with the financial modelling, research, forecasting, analysis, and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
He brings four years’ experience in financial analysis at companies including Bluestone Group and Link Asset Services.
Meegan is responsible for assisting Dorado’s team in the daily operations of the Perth office, and coordination with the East Coast offices. Meegan has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Law from Curtin University, and over 17 years experience in administration specialising in corporate governance, bookkeeping, event management and office management.
